Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
Non-returnable items
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Personal care items if opened (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Chargebacks & Disputes
